The registration fee to the conference includes:

• Admission to all scientific sessions of the conference

• Conference package and book of abstracts

• Welcome reception on Sunday August 25

• Banquet in the evening of Wednesday August 28

• Morning and afternoon tea/coffee breaks

• Refreshments at the poster session on Tuesday August 27

Please note that the registration is not complete until payment of the registration fee has been confirmed. Meals are not included with conference registration.

Cancellation policy

Written cancellation must be received by DFT2024 Organising Committee no later than June 7 2024 to be eligible for a refund. After June 7 2024, there will be no refund.
Refund requests can be sent to the conference mailbox dft2024@eunoia-events.com. They will be studied and if they are approved by the Organising Committee, refund will occur after the conference. Please note that in any case a deduction of 75€ management fees will apply.
